Maximum Adhesion and Hardness via UV LED Curing
Correct UV and LED curing converts a liquid top coat into an unbreakable shield. It also provides a secret, super strong, lasting adhesion between the top coat, color gel, and natural nail. Gel polish top coats are made to undergo a chemical process and reaction with UV and LED lights in the 365 405nm wavelength spectrum. The reaction causes a process called polymerization, which causes an unbreakable chemical bond between the top coat and the colored gel underneath. This bond eliminates the possibility of peeling and/or lifting of the top coat layer. The curing process also increases the top coat’s hardness. Our top coat reaches a very high degree of hardness after 60 seconds of LED curing. This means that in addition to being unbreakable and unliftable, the top coat will also be chip and scratch resistant. We have conducted extensive testing in various realistic scenarios and the end result was a cured top coat that remained smooth and perfect with extensive use of hands—no more chips on the ends and sides of the nails.
